Dada Atmacetananananda (Ananda Marga)
Dada Atma is an Ananda Marga monk who has been teaching yoga and meditation for 26 years in more than 25 countries in Asia, Europe, Central and North America. Many of his students move on to attain Olympic and World Championship status. He was a teacher of many professional golfers. In the May 2000 issue of Sports Illustrated, he was featured as the popularly known Golf Guru. Dada has always been active in social service. In 1991 he went to Romania to do relief work and established an orphanage home and many clinics for Natural Medicine. Dada also started an education program for indigenous children (aetas) in the Philippines in the provinces of Quirino, Aurora, Bataan and Zambales with a total 150 children.

Sensei Crispin Buenaseda (Aikido Philippines)
Crispin Buenaseda is one of the most senior aikido teachers in the country today.  He is currently ranked 5th Degree Blackbelt and is the Chief Instructor of Aikido Philippines. He has over 30 years of practicing and teaching aikido.
Faye Samadan-Cagayan, MD (UP-PGH)
Dr. Maria Stephanie Fay S. Cagayan, obtained her Bachelor of Science in Basic Medical Sciences at the University of the Philippines Manila in 1990 followed by her degree in Medicine in 1993 under the Integrated Arts and Medicine Program (Intarmed), a 7-year accelerated medical course of the UP College of Medicine. She took her residency in obstetrics and gynecology at the UP-PGH Medical Center from 1994-1997 followed by a fellowship training in trophoblastic diseases at the same institution in 1998. She also finished a certificate course in Molecular Biology and Biochemistry at the UP College of Medicine in 2005 and is currently taking a certificate course in Alternative Medicine at the UP Postgraduate Institute of Medicine.

She is an active Faculty Member of the University of the Philippines, College of Medicine, Department of Pharmacology and Toxicology and Obstetrics and Gynecology since 1999 up to present. She currently teaches Pharmacology and Toxicology and Obstetrics and Gynecology to UP medical students. She also teaches Pharmacology for Nursing and Dentistry and Obstetrics for UP Manila Physical Therapy and Occupational Therapy students. She also lectures on pharmacology and toxicology to medical students of different schools such as San Beda College of Medicine, Emilio Aguinaldo College of Medicine and Ateneo School of Medicine and Public Health.  She is a frequent resource speaker for seminars and special topics in obstetrics and gynecology, pharmacology and toxicology and wellness specifically dance as a form of healing.

She is an advocate of holistic medicine and her practice of medicine includes the use of complementary and alternative forms of medicine for prevention and treatment of illnesses. She is a member of the Association of Fitness Professionals of the Philippines and she also acts as director and manager of Rhythms, a wellness center and dance studio located in Manila. Aside from her academic pursuits, she also finds time to teach basic belly dance and Sayuntis (SAYaw ng bUNTIS) an exercise program for pregnant and postpartum women comprising belly dance, yoga and other meditative movements. She is a part time life coach and a stress management consultant.

She also received her Certificate of Course Completion from the National Restaurant Association Educational Foundation, USA for: Principles of Professional Cooking, Professional Baking, Serve Safe Food Protection Manager Certification Examination (recognized by the International Food Safety Council). Ryan Gialogo
Ryan completed his college education at the Ateneo de Manila University in Bachelor of Arts, major in Political Science; minor in Japanese Studies. He is currently completing his Master’s in Educational Administration. In 2006, Ryan passed his Teacher Licensure for the Secondary Level, major in Social Studies.

Feeling an early pull towards Political Science, Ryan was a founding member of ‘The Assembly’: the Ateneo Political Science organization. In 2003, he undertook his Certification on Professional Arnis Instructorship which seemed to propel him towards the direction he is now taking.

Coach Ryan is Lakan Lima or 5th Dan, Blackbelt with the Arnis Cruzada Philippines; and a 1st Dan, Blackbelt in Shotokan Karate with the Combat Judo Karate Federation of the Philippines. His most recent Gold is in Arnis Full Contact, Master’s Division (2010).

He has coached teams to win medals, even overall championships from Quezon City High Schools in 1999 to the Chung Ju World Martial Arts Festivals in Chung Ju, South Korea. Ryan presently serves in various positions from Instructor/Moderator to Assistant Coach/Coach of the Ateneo de Manila Grade School, High School, and Varsity; the Miriam College Grade School and High School Arnis Clubs, as well as Miriam’s Adult Education PE class. He has gained Level A (International) status as Arnis Referee and Judge.

Arnis is gaining recognition as the Filipino Martial Art (FMA) and is being billed as the national sport. In line with this, Coach Ryan has been appointed as Commissioner for Quezon City.

Coach Ryan says, “I am an adept researcher. I also practice calligraphy. I teach Karate, Boxing, Muay Thai and Arnis. I have also been engaged in weight training as a supplement for my martial arts . . ."

Regie Layug is a doctor of Medicine graduating from the University of the East Ramon Magsaysay Memorial Medical Center (UERMMMC) College of Medicine in April 1999; after completing his Bachelor in Industrial Pharmacy from the UP-PGH in 1994. He is a certified Family Physician in 2005, Diplomate in Family Medicine in 2006, and Fellow of the Philippine Academy of Family Physicians in 2010.

Regie is a resource speaker, convention presenter, and writer contributing to the formulation of the latest Clinical Practice Guidelines on the Prevention, Diagnosis and Management of Tuberculosis in the Philippines. He presently holds the Chair of the Department of Pharmacology of the San Beda College of Medicine, Manila; where he is also a faculty member and clinical facilitator. He is also a Guest Lecturer and Facilitator at the Ateneo School of Medicine and Public Health in Pasig City.

Warlito Lim
Architect Warlito Lim is a strict practitioner of Bhakti Yoga since 1976 and was one of the pioneering members if the International Society for Krishna Consciousness or the Bhakti Yoga Society.  Under his strict guidance, he and his family, follow its discipline which prohibits gambling, intoxication, illicit sex and strict vegetarianism, for over 30 years. 

His strong interest in the teachings of the Vedic literature originating from the East has led to his serious study of Bhakti Yoga, Ayurveda, Hatha Yoga and eastern philosophy.

He has put what he has learned into practice and developed his expertise in the field of physical healing through Yoga & Ayurveda and spiritual healing through the Bhakti Yoga process.

Then he came across Kalimasada, an ancient Indonesian method of inner energy development and self-induced therapy, which has been passed down through many generations of the Surohadi family, the royal family of Surabaya, Indonesia.

Since 1995, under the guidance of Tetada Kalimasada Founding member No. 007/Grand Master Eddy Surohadi and wife Master Ida Surohadi M.D., Mr. Lim has trained and come up to the 6th level A for 11 levels 3rd Pokit Pancha Daya (3rd Package of the Tetada Kalimasada Course), National Pelatih(Coordinator) in October 2004 and at present, President of Tetada Kalimasada Cebu.

Dr Jennifer S. Madamba is a Development Worker, Physician-Acupuncturist, a Certified Family Physician by the Philippine Academy of Family Physicians and received her Doctor of Medicine degree from the University of the Philippines, Manila and her Pre-Med, magna cum laude from the University of the Philippines, Diliman, Quezon City. She is currently the Advocacy, Networking, Research and Training (ART) Program Coordinator for Integrative Medicine for Alternative Health Care Systems (INAM) Philippines. Dr Madamba uses an integrative approach, having studied Traditional Chinese Medicine, Anthroposophic Medicine, Energy Medicine, and Philippine Integrative Medicine. She has also been the NGO consultant for the Philippine Institute for Traditional and Alternative Medicine (PITAHC), Department of Health for the development of competency standards for Tui Na massage and Acupuncture for non-medical practitioners, as well as NGO consultant for the development of courses on traditional and alternative health care in the health sciences curricula. She is a trainer and regular resource person for training on acupuncture and massage therapy for various community groups.
Jill Ngo is an ACE Certified Group Fitness instructor since 2004, a professional jazz dancer (Whiplash) since 1993, a choreographer for different parties/events since 1997, and a professional bellydancer/teacher since 2004. Rudolph Petalver (Peace Blossoms Internal Arts Society)
Rudolph Petalver practices and teaches Tai Chi, Lohan Kungfu, Swordplay, and Liuhebafa (Water Boxing). He was the first to organize in 2003 the yearly Philippine celebration of the World Tai Chi and Qigong Day, and introduced Dr. Paul Lam’s Programs Tai Chi for Arthritis, Back Pain, and Diabetes in the country in 2005. He is a regular resource speaker for Tai Chi and Qigong in seminars, conferences, radio programs, and communities. Nina Sy-quia Sioson, MD (Epiphany Wellness Center)
Dr. Nina graduated Magna cum Laude in BS Biology at the University of the Philippines, Diliman. She pursued her MD at the University of the Philippines’ College of Medicine, PGH. She is a Diplomate in Family Medicine, a Fellow in Nutrition Support at the St. Luke’s Medical Center, pursued her Master’s of Science in Clinical Nutrition at PWU-SLMC, a Diplomate with the Philippine Board of Clinical Nutrition and in Observation Training Nutrition Support under Dr. Mark DeLegge at the Medical University of South Carolina. Dr. Nina is an Active Consultant and Member of the Nutrition Support Teams at the St. Luke’s Medical Center and the Medical City, where she is also a Weight Management Consultant. She is also a Medical Nutrition Consultant at The Health Cube Clinic, Greenhills, San Juan. She serves as a Faculty member at the Ateneo School of Medicine and Public Health. Ferdinand Soledad, MD (Amezcua Wellness Centre)
 
Dr. Soledad grew up in a family where both his parents are science educators of Bicol and was also exposed to his grandfather’s way of Treatment (Herbalist).  He dreamt of becoming a scientist someday.  Partial fulfillment of his dream happened in 1983, when he became one of the Ten Outstanding Young Scientist Awardees (TOYS). He finished BS Medical Technology in 1991 at DOMC.  He pursued further education and finished Doctor of Medicine at MCUFDTMF in 1996. After taking Board Examination in 1997, he engaged himself to work and served as General Physician in his hometown and went back to Manila and become Resident MD’s of Diagnostic Centers.  He came across Natural Medicine/ Integrative Medicine Practice in 1999, when he trained as Nutritional Microscopist under the guidance of Dr. Alma Sy (one of the Pioneers in Integrative Medicine Practitioner).  He tried using Natural products on his wife who does not respond to synthetic medication.  Amazed with the results, he further enhanced his knowledge in Alternative Medicine and became consultant of different Herbal companies like: Vision for Life International, Dynapharm, Personal Collection, Evergreen International and Multivitamins Corporation.  He sees himself pioneering in the controlling of if not eradicating cardiovascular diseases through the Natural way.
Joanne Tarah
Joanne ‘Tarah’ is a graduate of BS Industrial Engineering and Bachelor of Laws, yet her passion and interest flies beyond her profession as she loves to dance since childhood, taken and originated her skill from her mother. She has been a ‘Pro-fit’ buff for 20 years more and became a member of Power Dance, likewise currently connected with the Association Fitness Professionals in the Philippines, now facilitated by Ms. Shirley Quejada.

Joanne teaches different fitness program classes until she expanded her awareness and opens herself in the “Wellness Industry”. This leads her to learn and discover more of higher state consciousness for health and well-being inclined with Alternative and Integrative medicine. She has undergone training and courses primarily focused on ‘Energy Healing’ or the so called, Energy Medicine.

Mick Tibbs (International Presenter)
Mick is a western yogi, meaning New York City is his birth place, international practicing and teaching yoga is his life style and has been for a double digit years. Coming from an early athletic background he had taking a positive turn to yoga, which has allowed health, wellness, and a wonderful sense of purpose to develop in his life. Sandro Strix Toledo, MD (Epiphany Wellness Center)
Doctor Toledo's work, while largely rooted in Manual and Occupational Medicine, is highly Integrative in its approach. His U.S.-accredited Medical practice already incorporates Manual Medicine, Acupuncture, Medical Nutrition, Medical Hypnotherapy, and Neuro-linguistic Programming. Most of Doctor Toledo's patients are gracefully aged and have heart, mental, and blood sugar concerns. A large number of them used to be chronically over-stressed. Most of his clinic time is productively occupied with limiting or eliminating muscle, tendon, or joint pain. Doctor Toledo teaches Anatomy and Physiology at a University in Manila. He is the Director of a Healthcare Provider System, and heads a team of brilliantly adaptive Physical Therapist Manual Therapists. His team has started to conduct a very warmly received series of workshop-seminars on Manual Medicine.  He is currently writing his second book, which would formally introduce Rapid De-afferentation Techniques. His team is in the process of designing a certification course in RDTs.

David has been an International Fitness Presenter, Personal Trainer and Modern Dancer for over fifteen years. He currently works in Hong Kong and Singapore for California Fitness, one of the biggest fitness companies in Asia. David is known for his creative teaching style from whence he has launched a very successful 'Salsa Mania' program. David has been presenting in different conventions worldwide: USA, Spain, Mexico, Ecuador, Cayman Island, Florida, England, Bermuda, Hong Kong, Shanghai, and Beijing.
