The basic principle of Sound Healing is that of resonance; every object is in a state of vibration and therefore creates sound. This includes the various parts of our body, such as our organs, muscles, bones, blood, etc. Sound can create - restores balance and alignment in: the physical body, the energy centers called “chakras”, and the etheric fields; and furthermore bring harmony to our lives and make us healthy and well. Sound is among the most transformative and healing energies on the planet.

Fitness Yoga is an innovative & integrative practice combining fundamental principles of Yoga enhanced with dynamic, explosive martial arts movements and core connection with total body balance integration. Movements involve twists and hip openers, which help to massage the internal organs, release tensions, promote blood flow and circulation through the entire body. Sheng Zhen Qigong
Sheng Zhen Wuji Yuan Gong is a system of moving and non-moving meditations. Although it appears to be similar to the traditional forms of Chinese qigong and gives all the benefits of traditional qigong such as healing and the strengthening and balancing of the mind and body, it is much more than that. The postures and movements of Wuji Yuan Gong have messages and mental images which are contemplated as they are being practiced. When practiced diligently and with sincerity, from within, one begins to find answers to the deepest questions in life. Far from just being a practice that enhances one's health Wuji Yuan Gong then also becomes a vehicle for the transformation of consciousness. In time, it brings one to the experience of one's original nature, which is Love.

The cranial-sacral system addresses bones and membranes that surround the central nervous system. Chi Dance
A “self-healing dance” where you learn to listen to your body (body talk process) to feel and flow with your energy (chi’) in order to stimulate the ‘natural healing forces’ of your body and balance the alignment of your energy centers for improvement of total health condition and well-being. A dance therapy for all ages.

She simply believes that we are all “healers” of our own selves. With the Dance Therapy that she "created" anyone can heal themselves with ease, joy and glory moving and flowing with their energy, a free form of dance in tune with your 'core center' to experience the “joy of movement” leading to good health and well-being.
